Histopathology by using EURO Tide EPS3.2

By using the EURO Tide a time and cost-saving high troughput histopathology platform was established. The advantages of this automated histopathology device are the (i) the reduction of reagents and antibodies (ii) reduction of time by parallel stainings (iii) the flexible format of tissue microarray and therefore the optimum utilization of scarce samples.

Direct immune fluorescence (DIF)

DIF staining of human skin tissue were performed with anti-human IgG and anti-human C3c, respectively, by using the standard protocol versus EUROTide technique.

Linear deposits of IgG and C3c along the basement membrane zone is shown for  Bullous Pemphigus patients.
